Frequently asked questions

How does the counter work?

Open a project and tap anywhere on the counter to add a row. Use the minus button to go back, or Undo if you tapped by mistake. Your count is saved the instant you tap.

How do I restore my purchase?

If you reinstalled RowNest or got a new iPhone, open the app, go to the Pro screen, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. Your one-time unlock comes right back — at no extra charge.

What do I get with Pro?

The free version tracks up to 2 active projects. RowNest Pro is a single one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited projects and advanced organization, forever. No subscription, no ads, no AI.

Will I lose my counts?

No. Every tap is saved immediately on your device, and RowNest auto-restores your projects when you reopen the app. If anything ever looks off, email us — we'll help.

Where is my data stored?

Your projects and counts live on your iPhone. RowNest has no accounts and doesn't upload your projects anywhere. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do refunds work?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something isn't working, email us first — we'd love the chance to make it right.

Do you have an Android version?
